A Prayer Against the Spirit of Addiction

Lord,

We come before you, Lord, asking for your help. We are praying for someone who has not been able to quit their addiction alone, and is getting worse. They need your intervention, Lord. We come against the Spirit of Addiction and bind that spirit and command it to go in the Name of Jesus. We ask that you will restore them, and that they will once again be able to live without the things that have been consuming them. Help them, Lord during this time. Open the doors that has been closed and breathe new life into them.

In the Name of Jesus, we pray and ask, Amen.

Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.

A Prayer for Deliverance from Witchcraft

Precious Lord Jesus,
We come to you, full of concern about those who are engaging in unholy practices. In your Word, you warn people about the spiritual dangers of witchcraft. Despite what your Word says, so many are participating in things that are not of you. Lord, we are praying for those who are doing these things. We are praying, Lord, that they will turn from these ways. May they call upon the Name of Jesus for forgiveness and salvation through you.
Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer. Amen.

Let no one be found among you who sacrifices their son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft, or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead. Anyone who does these things is detestable to the Lord; because of these same detestable practices the Lord your God will drive out those nations before you.
