A Prayer Over Complications in Pregnancy

Precious Heavenly Father ,

You are the Creator of all life. We come to You to lift up those who have been told things that are difficult to understand and accept.

Lord, You are above every sense of hopelessness, every ache of sadness, every burden of anxiety or worry. You are above every concerning ultrasound and test result.

Your Word says we are to trust in you in all things. So we place those little ones within the womb into your hands. We pray you will embrace them, that every part of their being be made completely whole, according to the Heavenly Father’s Will.

We pray and ask that you will comfort every parent. May they be encouraged by the power of the Holy Spirit and feel your peace come upon them.

This, we ask in Jesus’ Name, Amen and Amen.

A Mother’s Prayer For a Safe Delivery

Dear Lord Jesus,

I am so excited about our little one soon arriving into this world. Lord, I praise you and give you the thanks for this blessing, and ask for your continued protection over me and this little one as I get closer to due date. Lord, I pray that you will continue to be with me, especially through labor. Give me strength and courage, so that I will be able to delivery this baby safely and without any complications.

Today on Mother’s Day, I pray for those women who have just learned they are going to be a mother. Lord, we pray for those blessed to carry life, will feel your love and peace.
My heart is heavy for those woman who feel unprepared or scared about being a mother. Be with them, Lord. Let them understand this is a blessing from you, that with your help, they can get through anything.
Lord, I also pray blessing over every life you have created. Bless each one and cradle them in your arms until the day their mother can cradle them in hers.

Dear Lord,
We come to you and ask that you embrace ________.
She has lost her pregnancy and is totally devastated. Lord, you know everything and you know why everything happens as it does.
We pray, Lord, that you send her great comfort in this time. May she recover from this loss, and may You, in Your infinite mercy, allow her to be blessed with another pregnancy.
We ask that love and joy will fill her, even during this time of healing. Shower her with blessings from above.
