Dearest Lord,
Today on Mother’s Day, I pray for those women who have just learned they are going to be a mother. Lord, we pray for those blessed to carry life, will feel your love and peace.
My heart is heavy for those woman who feel unprepared or scared about being a mother. Be with them, Lord. Let them understand this is a blessing from you, that with your help, they can get through anything.
Lord, I also pray blessing over every life you have created. Bless each one and cradle them in your arms until the day their mother can cradle them in hers.

We give you praise and glory for giving us the treasure of our mother. Lord, we adore her so much, and she is such a blessing to each of us. Lord, we pray for her in every way; praying that she will be well, that each new day will bring her much happiness, and of course, Lord, that she’ll be closer to you than ever before. We thank you for her love towards us, her compassion, and her embraceable kindness to everyone who is around her. Bless her beyond all measure on this Mother’s Day, and may your love continue to be her strength.
