A Prayer for Daily Direction

Dear Lord,

Thank You for this new day. Today, Lord, I am praying for Your guidance and direction, show me what I need to do. Open my eyes to see as you wish me to see, and open my ears to hear Your messages for me. Let my focus be on You.

Lord, I pray You will use me for Your glory. Use me to reach and touch others for the Father’s Heavenly Kingdom. Direct me, Lord, in how to embrace others, no matter who they are. May they see Your light shining in and through me for Your glory.

Lord, guide me. Help me remain focused on the things above and not those of this world. Guide my path.

I pray and ask, in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen and Amen.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

Dear God,

Thank you for another beautiful new day! I’m grateful for being able to wake up and enjoy the sunny morning you’ve given me!

As I make my way today, please watch over me and guide me. Let all that I say and do honor You! Help me to be my best, and show love to everyone!

A Prayer for My Grandchildren’s Future

Dearest Lord Jesus,

I come to you and give you praise and thanksgiving for blessing me with such precious grandchildren. Lord, I pray you will bless their future for the Father’s glory. Use me to help them become whatever you wish for them. Make pillars of hope and love wherever they go. May they reach many others in the Gospel of our Lord Jesus. Lord, bless them for the glory of your kingdom.

A Prayer to Light Our Path Through Darkness

Dear Heavenly Father,

A Plea for Guidance After the Loss of My Husband

Dear Lord,
I am absolutely overwhelmed, Lord. How do I move on without my husband? My rock, my comfort, my compass is gone. My heart is broken. We never planned for anything like this, and now, I’m alone and lost. I desperately need your guidance. Lord, help me to trust in you. Help me release my burdens to you. The pain will stay with me forever, but I know you are with me. I know I can rely on you to get me through each day. Be my rock, my comfort, my compass.

A Prayer for Abundance

Dear Lord,

I come before you today, with empty hands and an open heart. I ask for You to bless me, and to fill my cup until it runs over. I ask that You bless my family, and myself, both spiritually and materially. You said in Your Word, “You do not have, because you do not ask.” So, today, I’m asking. I’m asking not because I deserve it, but because you have grace and mercy unspeakable.

I know in your word, you also say, “You ask and do not receive, because you ask wrongly”, so I also pray that you correct my heart and ensure that whatever you bless me with, I use in a way that pleases you. I ask for you to pour your abundance out upon me, so that I might use it for good and pure purposes. I ask for you to open new doors for me, and guide my way. I ask that you make your will apparent, and my opportunities known.

I ask these things in Jesus’ name, amen.
