A Prayer For Paying Off School Loans

Lord,

Ever since I started college, I have an overwhelming number of bills, that I can’t possibly pay off. Lord, all of my school work, exams, and studying, makes it hard to work enough to pay my school loans off. At this rate, it will take years and years to pay off these loans. Lord, I know I needed this education for my future. How else can I get a good job? How else could I provide for myself or a family down the road? I am praying for help, show me how to overcome this mountain of debt. 

In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

A Prayer to Get Into a Good College

Dear God,

You know how hard I’ve worked through high school. It’s not always been easy, and you know where I’ve struggled and how I’ve leaned on you. Now, with graduation nearing, I pray you open another door for me.

My parents have always said how important getting a good education is. I ask that you guide me to the right college, and that they’ll accept me.

In Jesus’ Name I pray, Amen.

I applied my mind to study and to explore by wisdom all that is done under the heavens. What a heavy burden God has laid on mankind!
